Q1: What types of Telangana food products do you offer?
A: We offer authentic traditional Telangana food items such as Sakinalu, Murukulu/Madugulu, Chakkalu, Sarva Pindi, Karabillalu, Khara Boondi and regional snacks and some other sweets, all prepared using local ingredients and recipes.

Q2: How can I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed directly through our websites by selecting the desired products, adding them to the cart, entering delivery details, and completing the payment process securely. At present orders are accepted and payments are by UPI mode only.

Q3: What are the delivery areas covered?
A: We deliver to all major cities and towns within Telangana, including Hyderabad. Delivery outside Telangana, all over India may be available on a case-by-case basis with additional shipping charges. We also undertake shipping to the other countries especially USA, UK and Australia with fool proofed packaging.

Q4: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 12 to 48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, and weather conditions.

Q5: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Orders can be canceled or modified only before shipment processing begins. For customized or perishable items, cancellations may not be possible once confirmed.

Q6: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect order?
A: Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for a refund or replacement as per our Refund Policy.

Q7: Are your food products safe for people with allergies?
A: Our food items may contain common allergens like peanuts, sesame seeds, millets, chilli powder and tamarind. We recommend checking the ingredient list carefully and informing us of any allergies before ordering.

Q8: What payment methods do you accept?
A: At present we are now accepting only through UPI mode. Shortly, we accept multiple payment options including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets.

Q9: Do you provide packaging suitable for gifting?
A: Yes, we offer special packaging options for gifts. Please select this during checkout or contact us for customized requests.
